One trustee moved to table the superintendent's proposed process changes for a few months to allow the superintendent and clerk to become fully acclimated; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board also reviewed a set of policy first reads (including 4000, 1100, 8320, 8200 and others) and requested clearer packet labeling that identifies "current policy," "draft with proposed changes," and "admin recommendation" to help trustees and the public compare versions. The items will return for final consideration at the next regular meeting.
