Victoria Marie, a Wyoming resident who said she lives on Richey Avenue, told City Council on Oct. 20 that her home has been targeted in at least two incidents of vandalism she described as politically motivated and threatening. “My mailbox has now been twice vandalized with the mark of Hitler’s Nazi Germany,” Marie said during the public-comment portion of the meeting, and she told council the vandalisms included permanent adhesive and occurred in daylight on Oct. 13.
