Kevin, the staff presenter, said the property currently contains an office building and sits south of Saint Paul's United Methodist Church. Staff reported two letters in opposition and two letters in support from within the 200-foot notification area. Planning and Zoning reviewed the application and recommended approval unanimously. The council opened the public hearing; no members of the public spoke and the council then voted to approve the ordinance on second reading.
