The Peachtree City Planning Commission on Oct. 13 approved a building elevation modification for dental offices at 100 Gates Entry that substitutes the originally approved Harbor Bluff stone with a product called Silver Dunes.
Planning staff reminded the commission that the parcel is zoned OI (office, with conditions) and that rezoning conditions require building materials and colors to be residential in character and consistent on all sides. The applicant presented full‑scale mockups and said the homeowner association reviewed and favored the alternative because it better complements the built palette.
Commissioners thanked the applicant for returning the sample and approved the elevation modification by voice vote.
What’s next: Staff will record the approved material choice in permit files; no changes to building configuration were requested.
