Adams County committee approves Lions Club request to install flush flag tubes with conditions

The Adams County Property and Recreation Committee on a voice vote approved a Lions Club request to install permanent PVC flag tubes on the county front lawn to hold American flags for the Fourth of July parade and Veterans Day, provided the tubes are installed flush with the ground, do not interfere with the county sprinkler system and follow standard spacing.
