The Mainland Planning Commission on Oct. 7 moved to defer rezoning application ZM-25-21 to a date uncertain after the applicant asked the commission to postpone consideration.
Staff planner Maurice Postal told the commission the applicant had requested a deferral and that the commission must vote to postpone the item. A commissioner moved to defer ZM-25-21; another commissioner seconded and the chair called the motion approved by voice vote.
No public testimony was taken on the item before the vote. The commission did not provide a new hearing date at the meeting.
