The team illustrated two circulation concepts for vehicle access and two test‑fit development scenarios that range from roughly 900 units to as many as about 1,300 units depending on building heights, unit sizes and parking strategies. The presentation noted Bedrock‑style approaches: wrap parking (a structured garage wrapped by housing), podium parking, and one or more large garages as possible configurations.
