The board granted an underground/buried utility waiver to Verizon Wireless to replace four utility poles, noting staff considered the request clear cut. The board also approved a stormwater technical standards waiver for Baker Village Town Road and 146th Street after staff indicated the teams had reviewed the proposal and recommended approval.
