The Planning Commission voted 9–0 on Oct. 14 to approve the final plat for Phase 2 of the Reserves on Chester subdivision (PC 39-25). Staff said the overall subdivision will contain 46 single-family lots across two phases, and Phase 2 will create 31 single-family lots on 36.86 acres, extend one public right-of-way, create one new public right-of-way, establish a utility district parcel for a pump station and create two open spaces. Staff recommended approval, noting Phase 2 conforms with prior approvals and the construction plans.
Louis Sloyne of T Squared Engineering and Tim Mangrum represented the project; commissioners had no substantive questions and moved to approve.
