City staff demonstrated the SeeItClickIt performance dashboard and interactive map that tracks citizen service requests in real time.
Monica showed live metrics and said the system had received about 1,769 submissions since June 25 and that roughly 1,200 have been completed, representing about a 70% closure rate. "You can click on the green and it pulls up what's closed," she said, and staff provided average acknowledgement and close times: roughly three days to acknowledge and about 7½ days to close on average, though the team noted that definitions for "closed" vary by department.
Staff said they will perform daily monitoring, provide weekly reports to department directors, and delay a larger public marketing push until the system has been live six months so they can work out process and category adjustments. Monica and Dara said some categories were refined after launch to reduce use of a catchall "other" category and that code enforcement cases are routed into the city’s MGO case management system for assignment and tracking.
Council asked for clearer definitions of what constitutes a closed ticket and staff said they would refine closure practices and service‑level targets.
