Staff reported the district will receive $187,832 in state funding to support the program and said the program's capacity is 24 children; 18 children were enrolled at the time of the presentation and two additional enrollments were pending.
HR staff presented a side‑letter agreement with CSEA that increases one paraprofessional assignment from 4.5 to 5.5 hours and reduces an instructional assistant assignment from 6 to 5.5 hours so schedules match the Forest Grove site. The fiscal impact was summarized on the cover page. Trustees approved both the CSPP resolution (Resolution 11‑68) and the CSEA side‑letter 5–0.
Trustees asked about program supervision history and current site leadership; staff explained the program transitioned locations in recent years and described the current supervisory structure. Board members asked staff to continue reporting enrollment and capacity metrics.
