The village noted the prior agreement had expired on May 31; trustees said completing negotiations and obtaining ratification by Aug. 1 was timely.
Deputy Mayor Sartori moved the resolution and Trustee Clark seconded. Trustees voted “Aye” and the chair declared the motion carried.
