Riverwoods board approves special-use permit and development plan for Orphans of the Storm animal shelter

The Village Board of the Village of Riverwoods on a second reading approved an ordinance granting a special use permit and development plan for Orphans of the Storm, adopting the measure after a brief public discussion and roll-call vote.
