Human Resources director Holly Mirren summarized personnel changes in a single resolution: a new hire in Senior & Adult Services, one IT promotion, three rate increases across several departments, an interagency transfer to Sanitary, leaves and returns, and one resignation in Sanitary. The personnel resolution passed on a unanimous vote.
