The Holland City Planning Commission opened its Nov. 13, 2025, session by approving the minutes of the Oct. 14 regular meeting on a voice vote with no opposition recorded. The approval was moved by Commissioner (Speaker 2) and carried following a voice vote.
Staff (Steve) reminded commissioners that a joint meeting is scheduled for Feb. 24 and said the Commission will receive a semiannual update on administrative site-plan reviews at the January meeting. Staff also noted the applicant for the Hope College amendment supplied an annual parking update, which was included in the meeting packet for information; staff reported the update showed an increase in bus ridership and that a parking lot on 11th Street is being installed.
The Commission adjourned after completing its agenda.
