Commissioner Denise Treehouse moved to approve consent items 1–10; the motion was seconded and commissioners recorded affirmative votes to adopt the agenda.
Earlier in the meeting the commission also passed a resolution reappointing Craig James to the bridal zoning commission (motion moved by Commissioner Treehouse and seconded; roll-call votes recorded in favor). The board concluded by moving to adjourn.
