Pleasanton Parks & Recreation Commission adopts two-year work plan, adds BPTC review for trail resurfacing

Pleasanton—s Parks and Recreation Commission voted to adopt a two-year work plan spanning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, and amended the plan to add the Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trail Committee (BPTC) to review trail resurfacing proposals.
Michelle Croce, assistant director for library and recreation, presented the staff recommendation and described six priority goals for the commission: community engagement and volunteer programs; recreational programming; parks and recreation budget impact updates; projects and facilities tied to the city—s asset management plan; Laurel Creek Park services; and a trail and pathway resurfacing program.
