Patterson noted two potential adverse impacts the review addressed: exhaust while vehicles are moved inside the building and delivery logistics. Carbon monoxide detectors have been installed on both floors, and the applicant agreed to avoid on‑site loading/unloading by large carriers, instead arranging deliveries at an off‑site location with individual vehicles driven to the property.
Council moved and approved the resolution by roll call. The resolution carries the planning‑commission conditions that staff recommended.
