Board approves GESA contractor, finances and personnel items; roll calls recorded

GESA energy-savings contractor Superintendent Daniel Malloy recommended McClure as the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (GESA) contractor for the Waikisa project. The board approved the recommendation; roll-call votes recorded one abstention by Mr. Hyder with the remaining board members voting yes (tally recorded in the meeting: 8 yes, 1 abstain).
Financial recommendations The board moved to accept financial recommendation items 1 through 8.
