Pandolfi told the board the site is zoned for commercial use and no variances are required. Board members asked about stormwater and impervious area; Pandolfi said impervious area will decrease overall once the design and stormwater calculations are submitted. After discussion a board member moved to recommend approval pending EAC review and the motion carried on a voice vote.
