The Everett City Council on Nov. 12 unanimously approved council bill 2510-58, a third-and-final-reading ordinance amending chapter 10.16 of the Everett Municipal Code to add the offense of exposing a minor child to domestic violence.
A motion to approve the ordinance was made and seconded during the council’s action items. The clerk conducted a roll-call vote; Council member Bader, Council member Ryan, Council member Voguely, Council member Fossey (Fosse), Council member Tuohy, Vice President Zarlingo and President Schwab each recorded a vote of "yes." The motion carried and the ordinance was adopted.
