The Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) Audit Committee reconvened in open session after holding an executive session to discuss limited personnel matters connected to the external audit exit conference for Albuquerque Public Schools and William W. and Josephine Dorn Community Charter School, Chair Jackson said.
Chair Jackson told the committee the executive session was held under the public meetings act and was limited to the specific personnel matters identified for the exit conference; he said federal single audit programs were excluded from that discussion. "The matters discussed in the executive session were limited only to those specified," he said.
The committee announced its next Audit Committee meeting will be Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually and streamed on the APS Board of Education YouTube channel. The meeting concluded with Chair Jackson adjourning the session.
No formal motions or votes were recorded in the open session portion of the transcript.
