The council awarded the 2025 Green Alley program to J Nardini Concrete for $2,267,495 on a roll call that recorded eight ayes.
It also approved multiple contractor pay estimates: Lombard Avenue resurfacing pay estimate No. 1 for $168,767.55 to Lindell Brothers (to be paid from MFT funds); MFT street resurfacing pay estimate No. 5 for $144,021.95 to Lindell Brothers; and two pay estimates for the Ogden Avenue water-main and sewer project—$559,563.34 and $835,289.69—to Trine Construction, to be processed from ARPA funds. Each motion passed on roll call as reflected in the minutes.
The council approved a recommendation from public-works staff to purchase a 2025 Ventrac tractor (KN4520Y, Kubota) at $52,414 and accepted the consent agenda as presented before adjourning.
