At the start of the Nov. 12 Liberty Lake Planning Commission meeting, the commission handled housekeeping items.
A motion to excuse Commissioner Phil Follier, who had notified staff he would be absent, was moved by Commissioner Sahlberg and seconded by Commissioner Jenks. The chair called for the vote and commissioners voiced their approval.
During minutes review, Commissioner Solberg said the packet omitted a reference to the Centennial Trail in the parks list and recalled a discussion that the trail added "7 plus acres" of park space; members moved, seconded and approved amending the minutes to include the Centennial Trail and the acreage reference.
Motions and votes recorded: the excusal motion and the amended-minutes approval were both moved, seconded and carried by voice votes. No further procedural actions were taken that evening.
