Commissioners praised the cross-sector partnership between nonprofit providers, government agencies and volunteers. The chair highlighted logistical improvements intended to make opening night safer and more organized: moving bus stops, adding another bus, instituting bag checks and digital check-in. Community Action volunteer sign-up links and an Amazon wish list for donations were noted for volunteer and material support.
