The Northampton Conservation Commission voted Nov. 13 to issue a full certificate of compliance for work at 80 Barrett Street.
Sarah (conservation/planning staff) said she visited the site and found a vegetated berm where lawn once was and that earlier stormwater provisions included in the original application were not performed and therefore not a compliance issue. Kevin Hartel, present for the application, offered to answer questions.
A commissioner moved to grant the full certificate of compliance; the motion was seconded and the commission approved the certificate by roll call.
The commission recorded appreciation for staff review and closed the item.
