Board approves prior minutes and revised policies; sets public hearing and snow date for budget process

Later in the meeting the board’s policy committee update listed multiple policy codes that had been reviewed or revised in packet materials (policy codes AC, ACA, ADC, GBAM, IHBCA, IMDA). Board Chair (S1) moved to approve the reviewed and revised policies, Board Member (S2) seconded, and the board voted 'Aye' to adopt the committee’s recommended actions.
On scheduling, central office staff proposed the public hearing for the budget on January 12 and the board set a snow date by consensus for January 15; staff clarified the public hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the regular board meeting follows at 5:30 p.m. The board gave consensus to the snow date and will finalize agenda and posting details at the December meeting.
