The commission moved and seconded approval of the minutes from its Aug. 8 meeting and recorded 'aye' votes; the chair declared the minutes approved.
The commission then considered several lot and monument applications. A motion to approve the sale of Lot G9 to Kathleen Walsh was moved and seconded and carried by recorded 'aye' votes. Commissioners agreed to postpone final decisions on proposed monuments (including applications associated with Lots I‑28 and I‑29 for Kathy Hilt, Maureen O'Sullivan and George Davis) until applicants provide photos or sketches of the proposed memorials so the commission can review placement and design.
The chair noted staff will include monument sketches on the next agenda and that the treatment report addendum from field crews will be circulated in the coming weeks. No appeals or objections to the approvals were raised during the meeting.
