- Abundance Point Phase 2 final plat (7 lots off Abundance Way) — motion to approve carried. Staff noted lots will use wells and septic and the road will be private.
- Massage operator licenses — approvals granted for Luxe Aesthetic Studio LLC and Revive Massage and Bodywork LLC after separate motions.
- Temporary use authorization — approved for a residence at Moontown Drive East while an ancillary dwelling is completed; staff recommended approval.
- Minor S1 revision — file RZ25-11-01 approved to add a 1,500-square-foot storage building at 3940 DeSoto Drive for an existing church; staff recommended approval.
Each approval was recorded by voice vote; detailed staff reports and applications will be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners where applicable.
