• Appointment: Seth Whelan was nominated and appointed to the Construction & Demolition subcommittee after a motion and second; the appointment was approved by voice/hand vote.
How votes were recorded
Most recorded outcomes were unanimous hand/voice votes; detailed roll-call tallies were not read into the record. The commission requested follow-up materials for at least one item (the app contract) before the contract comes to Council.
Next steps
The contract recommendation will go to City Council for final approval; the budget amendment for the KAB grant will be included in the ordinance package for Council action. ARR staff will report back with additional financial and usage detail on the app and will implement the grant-funded container placement and collection plan.
