Stacy also confirmed that clerk staff completed the annual circuit-court cybersecurity training required by the state circuit courts and emphasized its importance for identifying phishing and other threats. "It helps staff be very vigilant and not put the county or the state court system at risk for cyber attacks," she said.
On legislative matters, Stacy updated the committee on work around assembly bill AB 320 (described as a fees bill), saying staff are seeking bipartisan sponsors and working with the Wisconsin County Association to find common ground. No formal action was requested; the report was informational.
