Beaver County commissioners approve routine minutes, bills, personnel and a three-year appointment

The transcript records the motion and that the board carried it; the meeting transcript includes term dates that appear inconsistent (it lists a start date of 11/01/2025 and an expiration date of 10/31/2013).
