Greenwood board ratifies prior meeting and OKs engineering amendment to add construction administration

The board also approved an amendment to the existing professional services agreement with Clark Futures Inc. Staff recommended adding construction-administration services, including a resident project representative, in an amount not to exceed $46,460; that addition brings total compensation under the agreement to a figure staff read as 'not to exceed $127,835.' Staff said the final terms and conditions will be determined by the legal department and recommended authorizing the superintendent to sign the amendment on the board’s behalf.
A board member moved and another seconded the amendment; the motion passed by voice 'aye' votes. The record indicates the board intends legal review of contract terms prior to final execution.
