• Kids in Action tuition: The committee approved revised 2026–27 tuition rates to add an after‑school option (11:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) for integrated pre‑K (Kids in Action). Motion moved and seconded; vote recorded in the meeting minutes.
• Field trips: The committee approved Hingham High School’s annual drama trip to New York City (May 1–3, 2026) and boys’ and girls’ hockey out‑of‑state trips (winter dates to St. Albans, Vt., Hanover, N.H., and Burlington, Vt.). Staff confirmed the field trip forms and school procedures were followed.
• Grants and donations: The committee accepted an anonymous $30,000 donation to support equipment for the Dock wellness space at Hingham High School; a $1,200 grant from the Hingham Arts Alliance for photography equipment at East School; and $203.39 from Chipotle for the Hingham High soccer boosters (accepted with one abstention).
