King told the board lane closures will be required to set barrier rail. "On Tuesday, November the eighteenth lane closures will be on Old Nashville Highway to set barrier rail," he said. The transcript did not specify a calendar year for the Nov. 18 work.
King said the project is scheduled to be completed by December 2026. Officials identified the work as a TDOT local-managed project; King attributed project management to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
