Staff reports code case on Goodwin property; Whiskey Row hotel cleared by council

At the Nov. 14 meeting, community planner Tammy DeWitt updated commissioners on several staff items. She said staff opened a code case on the Goodwin property, provided the property owner a list of required corrective steps and set a deadline to respond or face the violation process.
DeWitt said the city had not yet posted details for the next state historic preservation conference but would inform the commission when information and potential funding opportunities were available.
She also reported that a proposed hotel on Whiskey Row was approved by the Prescott City Council and that the project will next proceed to water-application steps.
