Board hears updates on playground replacement, Mitchell Creek stairs and RiverWalk maintenance

Follow-up tasks include staff reporting back on community-input timing for the stairs, a cost estimate for playground safety-surface work, and whether the RiverWalk paved segments are scheduled for repaving.
