Sediment found in high school water; bottled water provided while repairs proceed

"There was sediment found in the water, And what we did was it's safe for all uses, like, and it's not unsafe for drinking, but it's not to be drank, essentially," a staff member said. The district placed pallets of bottled water in the middle and high schools for students and staff free of charge while facilities staff work on a repair plan. "Marvin's working on that right now," staff said.
Board members noted the district had experienced a similar event in the past and asked staff to keep the board updated. No formal action was taken; staff will report on repair progress in subsequent meetings.
