Residents urge township to examine municipal trash options and seek clearer fund breakdowns

Several commenters also asked for clearer reporting on the township’s aggregate balance sheet after staff presented a township‑wide cash and investment total; residents requested breakdowns that separate restricted and developer‑committed funds from unrestricted capital reserves so taxpayers can better understand what funds are available for new projects. Staff pointed to audited financial statements and online reports and agreed to explore clearer communications in follow‑up materials.
