During the public hearing no members of the public spoke in opposition; the board received the planning commission recommendation, heard compliments from commissioners about the quality of the subdivision and moved to approve final plat for Phase 3. Commissioner Tanton moved with Commissioner Clyde seconding; the motion carried, and staff said the applicant can begin work on Phase 3.
What happens next: The county will record the final plat and the applicant may proceed with the phase’s development subject to any remaining permits and inspections under county subdivision rules.
