- Adopt 2026 meeting calendar with change of the March regular meeting from March 13 to March 6. Motion: Member Salazar; second: Member Sanchez. Outcome: adopted by voice vote.
- Adopt agenda for next meeting (Dec. 12, 2025) with specified items. Motion: Member Salazar; second: Vice Chair Brown. Outcome: adopted by voice vote.
- Motion to adjourn. Motion: Member Salazar; second: Member Sanchez. Outcome: adopted by voice vote; meeting adjourned.
