The Apple Valley City Council recorded the following formal actions during its Nov. 13 meeting:
Approve agenda: Council Member Melander moved and Council Member Graendahl seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the council voted aye and the motion carried.
Approve consent agenda: Council Member Graendahl moved and Council Member Hebert seconded; the council voted aye and the consent agenda carried.
Adopt resolution of support for Dakota County Draft 20262030 Capital Improvement Plan: Council Member Bergman moved and Council Member Melander seconded the motion to adopt the resolution of support; the council voted aye and the motion carried. The resolution expresses concurrence with county priorities but does not commit the city to funding; any city cost share would be handled later via a joint powers agreement returned to council for approval.
Approve calendar of upcoming events: The council approved the calendar, which includes the next council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 7 p.m. and the holiday tree lighting prior to that meeting.
