• Resolution 25‑2040 — Authorized the mayor to sign a renewal agreement for 2026–2027 federal legislative advocacy services with the Johnson Group at the same monthly fee as last year ($3,925/month; $47,100/year). The council suspended its three‑touch rule to consider the item and adopted it unanimously.
• Resolution 25‑2041 — Declared specific police and public‑works vehicles surplus and authorized sale by auction or direct sale; staff noted a 10% auction commission and that proceeds are returned to the fleet fund.
• Resolution 25‑2044 — Authorized the mayor to sign a three‑year collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 117 representing maintenance workers. The agreement includes step increases and market adjustments (3% wage increase effective 01/01/2025 retroactive, additional market adjustments and CPI‑linked adjustments in later years) and modest changes to standby allowances and employee premium sharing; Teamsters membership approved the contract.
All four measures passed by unanimous voice vote. Several other matters (mid‑biennial budget amendments and the climate element ordinance public hearing) were presented or heard but not adopted at the meeting.
