The Town of Farragut Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a series of fiscal and administrative items at its Nov. 13 meeting, including a first-reading amendment to the capital investment program (CIP) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund budgets and the first-reading of a comprehensive update to driveway and access provisions in the municipal code.
Staff told the board Ordinance 25-19 will transfer $6,089,416.29 from the CIP available fund balance into FY2026 CIP expenditures, and move $132,589.25 from ARPA reserves into ARPA expenditures, plus an additional $25,000 from ARPA reserve to cover change order No. 2. The board approved the ordinance on first reading by roll call, 5–0.
