Zoning board approves two resolutions from packet

The Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment approved two resolutions from the meeting packet during its Nov. 12, 2025, remote meeting. The measures — listed in the board’s packet — were called by the chair, discussed briefly by staff for clarification and passed by roll-call vote.

Both resolutions were on the board’s consent agenda. Board staff answered a single substantive clarification about an administrative waiver mechanism for the Blunt Drive resolution, explaining the waiver permits staff-level review of required site improvements such as landscaping and buffering without an additional site-plan hearing. A motion was made and, after a roll-call, the board approved both resolutions.
