After discussion and clarification on voting order, the board approved the certified claims and payroll by voice vote (3-0). When the board considered uncertified claims totaling $184.15, a roll-call prompted by the chair resulted in a vote not to accept them; the board then moved and approved a separate motion to disallow the uncertified claims (motion carries 3-0).
Miss Woodruff advised staff on voting logistics and the county will proceed with payments for the certified dockets.
