Following Roddy's presentation, a commissioner moved to approve the appraisal contract for case 53CO12407PO01809. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote, 3-0. The meeting record shows the vendor name appears as both "Figg Appraisals" in staff remarks and as "Fink Appraisal Corporation" in the motion; staff told the board they had contacted Mr. Figg (transcript reference) about scheduling.
