Board approves consent agenda, personnel and finance items unanimously; moves to executive session

The board president also announced the cancellation of the Dec. 8 meeting and confirmed the board will meet once in December on Dec. 15 at Wilson School; that scheduling decision was presented as an administrative announcement rather than a separate recorded vote.
