Montezuma County finance staff to onboard ISOLV payroll and OpenGov budgeting software

Robert provided a third-quarter snapshot of appropriations by category and said the general fund is at 71.7% of expected expenditures through the third quarter. He noted road and bridge expenditures at about 50.3% and public health at 70.6%, and said some capital projects have been delayed. Finance staff said they will present final budget resolutions and cleanup transfers at an upcoming BOCC meeting.
Commissioners had no immediate questions; no formal action was taken at the workshop.
