At the start of the meeting the presiding officer asked for a motion to accept the minutes. The motion was seconded ("Second from Jeff Papa" was noted) and the board approved the minutes by voice vote, recorded in the meeting as "Passes 5 0."
At the end of the session, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the board voted to adjourn and set the next regular Safety Board meeting for Dec. 15 at 8 a.m. or immediately upon the conclusion of the Town Council meeting that begins at 7:30 a.m.
These procedural actions were the only formal votes recorded in the meeting transcript.
